研究方向及主要成果
长期从事荧光量子点及其光电器件的基础和应用研究,主要致力于通过量子点表面和器件界面工程解决材料和发光器件的稳定性问题,取得了系列创新性成果,为其实际应用起到了积极的推动作用。
目前研究方向包括:
(1) 半导体纳米晶合成和表界面调控
(2) 量子点、钙钛矿发光材料及显示应用(QLED、Micro-LED)
(3) 柔性与可印刷光电器件

近年来,以第一/通讯作者在Nat. Commun, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等著名国际期刊上发表论文9篇。工作被国际期刊引用2400余次,H因子23。相关工作被Nature作为亮点报道。受邀担任Advanced Functional Materials等国际学术期刊审稿人。获授权1国际PCT专利和多项中国专利。
